El Sunzita, Red Bourbon, El Salvador

An aroma of milk chocolate. This is a mature and well-balanced cup profile, with a low to medium malic-like acidity of red apple. Flavour notes of fresh hazelnut and gala apple, with a red grape aftertaste. The body is light to medium with a mouthfeel reminding of red apple juice.

Kamwangi

The coffee has an aroma of melted butter. A vibrant cup profile with flavour notes of strawberries and lime with a cooling aftertaste of black currant. The body is light, reminding of lemonade.

Las Delicias, Natural Java, Nicaragua

The coffee has an aroma of sherry. This is a sweet and a little boozy-floral cup, with flavour notes of papaya, cacao and rum raisin and a fudge-like flavour in the finish. The coffee has a medium body with a juicy texture.

Wote, Washed, Ethiopia

Wote has a tealike and floral aroma. It is bright, with a citric-like acidity and sweetness of dense fruit. Flavour notes of peach, bergamot and hints of jasmine. The mouthfeel is light and juicy mouthfeel reminding of peach juice.

A fruity and chocolatey aroma. A milld and sweet coffee with flavour of candy floss and mature red grapes with lots of floral notes reminding of buttercup, combined with a white wine acidity. A long-lasting mango flavour in the finish. The coffee is creamy with a medium body.
